1. Shipment Processing Time
Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Schedule: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
Delays: If we experience high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Notification: We will contact you via email or phone if a significant delay occurs.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All orders are shipped directly from our local warehouse in the Netherlands. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (Within the Netherlands):
Standard Shipping: 1–2 business days |
Next-Day Delivery: 1 business day (Order before 16:00) 
EU Shipping (Neighboring Countries):
Germany & Belgium: 2–3 business days
Rest of EU: 3–7 business days | Rates vary by zone at checkout.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order ships.
Contents: This email will contain your tracking number(s) and a direct tracking link.
Activation: The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
4. Carriers We Use
To ensure fast and reliable local delivery, we partner with trusted local carriers only.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
EU Orders: No customs duties or import taxes apply to orders shipped within the European Union.
VAT: All prices shown on our website include Dutch VAT where applicable.
6. Damages & Missing Parcels
Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours.
Proof: Save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and provide photos for our claim process.
